We have designed quick reference guides to help users navigate the kiosk and perform basic functions. We will be providing plastic protectors for the guides so you can mount them next to the kiosks. In the meantime, you can download the PDFs on our website, print in color or greyscale, and post the guides near the kiosk to aid users.

Supplies Order
Description
Each host site will receive:
- Automatic hand sanitizer dispenser with stand
- Hand sanitizer gallon jug(s)
- Batteries for hand sanitizer dispenser
- Power strip with surge protector
Status
Orders are in progress. You will receive an email once an order has been made for your location. If you have multiple locations, you will receive an email for each location.
Host site action items
Receive shipments. Set up hand sanitizer station, put in batteries, fill with hand sanitizer. Use power strip with kiosk.

Computer Installation
Description
Computer will be or professionally installed or shipped to you and setup will be performed with a remote technician.
Status
The plan is to have installs done by December 24th.
Host site action items
Communicate with the vendor that contacts you to schedule installation. In the northern half of the state, the vendor is Downtown Computer. In the southern half of the state, the vendor is Technology by Design.

Setup Instructions
Setting up your new kiosk should take 10-15 minutes. A technician will be available to help you through this process during your scheduled appointment time. We encourage you to use the unboxing guide and wifi connection video below to complete as much of this setup process as you can prior to your appointment.

Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
Description
Host sites will execute an MOU with their legal aid partner.
Status
MOUs have been sent to all host sites.

Printer Installation
Description
Printer for Model B kiosks.
Status
The printer vendor, Marco, is in the process of contacting host sites to schedule installations.

Model A Kiosk Stand
Description
Kiosk stand will be shipped to locations pre-assembled.
Status
Scheduled to start shipping to host sites on December 21st.

Model B Kiosk Table and Chair
Description
58x30 ft table and office chair that will be professionally installed. Host sites will be contacted to schedule a date and time for installation.
Status
The plan is for installs to happen December 28th to December 31st.

Prepare the space for where the table and chair will be installed.
